Mostly, yes. A lot of what gets sold as AI is a chatbot with a subscription, and a lot of it gets quietly switched off in month three. That is a fair thing to be sceptical about.

We do not sell you software. We build employees that do specific jobs in your business. If they are not doing them, you will know inside a week, because the work will still be on your desk.

Different category. A chatbot answers a question and forgets you. An AI employee has your context permanently, has access to your tools, and does the actual job: drafts the quote from your price book, sends the invoice, chases the one that has not been paid.

You do not chat with it. It works, and it tells you what it did.

The right question to ask. It is why we do not point a language model at your customers and hope.

Everything starts in draft-and-approve: the AI employee does the work, you approve it, and nothing goes out without a human. On top of that sits a memory and governance layer that keeps it inside your actual pricing, your actual numbers and your actual past decisions. We widen its rope as it earns it, not before.

It runs on your machines, in your accounts, inside your own setup. There is no Lekko server holding your customer list, and we do not keep your information.

NDA and contract are signed in onboarding, before we see a single file. Every login and every integration is in your name.

Because it is not an install, it is a build. We keep it running, and when something breaks we fix it, usually before you notice.

Every month we add another layer: one or two new AI employees or levers, built around whatever is costing you the most time right now. Stop paying and it stops improving, but it does not stop working, because you own it.

A specific thing, agreed in advance. Month one, your first AI employee goes live. Month two, we add the second and widen the first. Month three onward, one or two new levers a month, picked in a working session with you.

You will always know what is being built next, because you chose it.

Less than the hire it replaces. A person doing this work costs about $60,000 a year plus benefits, plus recruiting, plus training, plus the week they are off sick, and they leave in two years. This works around the clock, never quits, and gets better every month instead of plateauing.

Your number depends on how many AI employees you take on and what they run, so we scope it in the audit once we have seen how your week actually works. If it is genuinely wrong for where your business is right now, we will tell you that, instead of selling you something.

Three months minimum, then 30 days notice and you are done. You keep the system, the data and the accounts, because they were always yours.

We build it on your side of the fence on purpose. The only thing you lose by leaving is us.

They do not need to be technical. We set it up on each person's machine, live, on screen, together, then come back every two weeks for the first six weeks while they get used to it. If someone is stuck, they message us.

The whole point is that it takes work off them, so it has to be easier than what they do now, or it has failed.

We look at how your week runs today and map where the time goes. No slides, no pitch. You do not prepare anything.

Afterwards you get it in writing: your biggest time sinks and the first workflow we would hand over to an AI employee. That document is yours whether you hire us or not.
